Last week, we started with a groundbreaking educational initiative in collaboration with Steunpunt Tewerkstelling, VDAB  and Jobroad. Say hello to the IRS Belgium  (Cryns) Academy, where we're paving the way for individuals to kickstart their careers in the automotive industry!

What's the IRS Belgium (Cryns) Academy all about?

IRS Belgium (Cryns) Academy is not just any educational program; it's a pathway to success for those who want to dive into the world of car repair. In partnership with Würth, PPG, Mirka and LKQ, we're empowering individuals by providing internal courses  to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as bodyshop workers.

We're convinced that this hands-on training will be a good way to learn fast and have a realistic view of the job. We will provide them with:

• Practical Training: Our courses are tailored to provide practical, industry-relevant skills in an innovative and durable environment.

• Job Market Integration: With the support of Steunpunt Tewerkstelling VDAB and Jobroad, we're bridging the gap between education and employment, helping individuals with training them and ensuring a job. Our goal is to welcome all students at our different sites after their education and to offer them a long-term contract.

• Expert Guidance: Our experienced instructor Murat is present to guide all participants every step of the way, ensuring their success in the program.
