As an account manager you bear a great responsibility within our organization. You make sure that every customer file runs smoothly, from the first contact to the pick-up of the repaired car.
You activate and you are responsible for the following up of the files that we receive through various channels, such as E-mail, Informex or UBench. You make appointments with the customer and set up a schedule (IN / OUT). You arrange the necessary pick-ups and you schedule the replacement vehicles.
Finally, we also entrust the administration of the VAT to you.
For all this, you are requested to use the PlanManager ERP package. You also work closely together with the claim handlers to complete the files.
Given the many internal and external contacts, communication is key throughout your range of tasks, both written and oral. You are responsible for a proper, professional and correct communication with all partners involved.
